Proper care and maintenance of your SENTIRE candles is crucial in ensuring that they perform their best. Follow the instructions below to prevent damage to your candles, and get the most out of your purchase.

Always burn candles in a well-ventilated room.

Always burn candles within sight.

Always keep away from flammable material and keep out of reach of children and pets.

Only burn candle on a level, fire-resistant surface.

Keep candles at least three inches apart while burning.

Do not burn candles for longer than three hours at a time.

As the wax melts, keep the liquid wax free of debris (wick trimmings, match sticks, and any other foreign objects).

When your candles are lit, keep them away from vents, fans, drafts or any strong source of blowing air.

Before burning your candle, trim its wick to one-quarter inch using a wick trimmer or sharp scissors. Avoid using a dull cutting utensil.

After blowing out your candle, center and straighten your wick using a pair of tweezers, while the wax is still liquified. Do not touch the wick or wax with your hands directly as it will remain hot for quite some time after blowing it out.

Prior to lighting a candle a second time within the same day, ensure that it has fully cooled and the wax has solidified, and trim the wick to 1/4".

Burn candles in a room that is at room temperature—this is 68-77 °F, for optimal performance.
