birthday cake: If you want to celebrate your birthday, but you’re much too sophisticated for a box cake, I have a solution for you. This birthday cake blondie recipe is like if your childhood nostalgia came back from winter break with a Gucci bag and a bold lip (who is she?!). Cocoa noir blondies with vanilla cake batter filling tossed in confetti are everything you need to celebrate your greatness.

confetti birthday cake: Sprinkles are working overtime on this one! With colorful sprinkles on top & throughout, this cake batter blondie is an elevated version of the birthday cake we all know and love. (I actually read online that rainbow sprinkles cure all sadness? Worth a shot! Will report back.)

cookies & cream: I think we’ve all had a ​​Baskin-Robbins Cookies & Cream Ice Cream Cake and thought to ourselves, ”Man, I wish this was also a blondie.” Consider your wish granted!
